A few weeks ago Diddy vlogged from an American Airlines terminal complaining that high gas prices had forced him to ground his private jet. Why he lie and say he own a jet? Some anal dude from The Palm Beach Post searched the FAA records and found that no jet is registered to Diddy or any of his companies, forcing Diddy's camp to admit that they don't actually own a jet, rather they, along with a few thousand other people, deal with this company called NetJet that sells flight hours on private jets and calls it “fractional ownership.” To add insult to injury, the guy finishes the column by pointing out that the truly wealthy aren't affected by high gas prices. Ouch.
