The new label, called StarRoc, is a 50/50 partnership between Jay's Roc Nation company and Norwegian producers Stargate [Stargate produced Ne-Yo's "So Sick", "Unfaithful" and "Take a Bow" for Rihanna and Beyoncé's "Irreplaceable"]. The label will be housed in Jay's Rock the Mic recording studio in Manhattan.
