Surprise, surprise. DMX got let out of jail. Even though he cussed out the judge for denying him bail, his attorney was able to work out a plea deal for time served and a $483 fine for trying to buy coke and weed from an undercover officer in Miami this past June. That takes care of his Miami charges, now he just has to settle his business in Arizona.
