James' longtime lawyer, Buddy Dallas, and his former road manager, Alford Bradley, say money from the sale should to go to Brown's estate, in contrast to James' will that specified the money go to his 'I Feel Good Trust' to educate poor children. The case will be argued in court on Monday.
