Shooting victim, Makeda Barnes Joseph, has refiled her lawsuit against Remy Ma...Makeda, who withdrew her $10 million civil suit against Remy and her record label while Remy Ma was on trial for shooting Makeda in the gut, has refiled the suit but this time including the pizza parlor they were partying the night she was shot, claiming they kept serving Remy alcohol after she was clearly drunk.
