The judge in the R Kelly child pornography case has agreed to allow testimony from a young woman, who was also a minor at the time, who says she participated in threesomes with R Kelly and the young woman who appears on tape getting pee'd on by R, proving the girl's age and identity. The girl in question [now in her 20's] and her parents have steadfastly denied that she is the one in the video. The judge has also agreed to allow the prosecution to bring up the whole R Kelly marrying Aaliyah while she was only 15 thing and information about other underage girls who filed charges against R-ah and later settled with him.
