Fox Boogie was in a Florida courtroom today [April 23] to face assault charges stemming from that run in she had with a Pembroke Pines barber and beauty supply owner last year. You remember, she spit on the owner and squirted hair glue at him and slapped that cop and violated her probation by not having permission to be down there. Anyway, Foxy's appearance in court today was supposed to be a status hearing, but you know Foxy got to be difficult. Your girl tried to negotiate a plea deal directly with the State Attorney, cutting her local attorney out of the deal, so the local attorney got mad and quit the case on her. Foxy has two weeks to find a new attorney before her next court date, May 8th.
