The dude, LeMarck deAndre, says Wayne promised to pay him at least $120,000 to repair and refurbish his 1999 Bentley Arnage but after paying him $78,000, Wayne refused to make any further payments. I find that car quite unattractive. Furthermore what did he do to it to deserve 120,000 in the first place? I say he's already paid this fellow to much. I mean looks like maybe he painted it probably wiped down the insides and now he wants $80,000 more dollars? Was it riddled with bullet holes? Knowing Wayne I know at the very least it had holes burned in the carpets and seats but still.
