Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson said Foxy failed to provide any medical proof of her claims. Now your girl has to make arrangements through the city departments of Correction and Health to get a local specialist to treat her at Rikers or at one of the city's secure hospitals, Elmhust in Queens or Bellevue in Manhattan. Foxy argued that she is deaf without the aid of a surgically attached device called a cochlear implant. It was damaged when she was punched by another inmate, Foxy complained in her mid-January lawsuit seeking early release. She is scheduled for release April 20, 2008.
