Remy Ma's lawyer asked for her passport back so Remy could do some tour dates in Europe, but the judge said no...
"Given the circumstances and the seriousness of the charges, and the fact that she has pending intimidation charges, I'm not prepared to let the defendant travel out of the country," said Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Rena Uviller. They say Remy could have made as much as $40,000.00 on a five city European tour and that she desperately needs the money because she hasn't been able to get much work since she was charged with shooting one of her friends and that she she's also being held up from signing a record deal pending the outcome of her case. Uviller adjourned the case until January 22nd, when the prosecution expects to have results of DNA tests on blood found on Remy Ma's clothes. Prosecutors want to see whether blood on Remy's clothes belongs to the girl who got shot.
