I read on http://www.globalgrind.com that three years have passed since ODB has died. It seems like just yesterday when I heard the news that he had overdosed. He was a wild dude, but he brought his unique spark to hip hop. RIP ODB!

Now some more real talk. Toting and doing prescription meds is suicidal. Quick lesson, its not necessarily the combination, once, twice, a few times, maybe, where the problem comes up is that the prescription meds, leaves a residue in your system. And over time it builds up and lets say you have a cold and you hitting the caine and the meds hard. Pop goes the weasel, the same shit happened to Anna Nicole. But Anna was on that methodone, which is liquid Satan. The buildup from that mixture with anything else is lethal.
