Tracy Morgan was supposed to wear his SCRAM alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet for a total of 90 days as a condition of his probation for a DUI. Homeboy didn't make it. Tracy's attorney, Blair Berk, appeared in a Los Angeles County courtroom this week and explained that Tracy took off his SCRAM bracelet early because of an undisclosed medical condition. Berk will present specifics to the court on October 30.

Tracy Didn't Make It 90 Days
Tracy Morgan was supposed to wear his SCRAM alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet for a total of 90 days as a condition of his probation for a DUI. Homeboy didn't make it.
