Fox Boogie pled not guilty to cracking her neighbor in the head with a Blackberry over loud music...
If you recall, Fox was a no show for her court date last week because she couldn't get her 'fit together and refused to board the bus from Rikers, where she's serving a one year bid for probation violations. Foxy finally went to court Tuesday, with no weave and understated gear, and told the judge it was a set up, her not getting on the bus. She claims she wasn't even scheduled for court, and then she pled not guilty. Oh and her attorney, Alan Stutman, quit her case because a strange man approached his wife talking crazy, talking 'bout, “How can a beautiful woman like you be beaten up?” and he blamed it on Hip Hop, I mean Foxy.
