Maybe Latrell Should Have Taken That $21 Million
In 2004, on the last year of his contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Latrell Sprewell was offered a 3 year, $21 million dollar contract extension, which he famously turned down, claiming he had a "family to feed" and that he was worth more than $7 mill a year. Fast forward: Latrell hasn't paid pro ball since, his live in baby mama is suing him for $200 million dollars in palimony for breaking up with her, and the yacht he lived on to avoid living with the baby mama just got repossessed.
