Well maybe he is and maybe he isn't.Lawyers for Celeste Williams, a former waitress at 40/40, accused the club of keeping a cut of workers' tips and "willfully failing and refusing to pay them at the legally required minimum wage" and overtime since the popular nightspot opened in 2003.
Jay and nem say the chick only worked at the 40 for 4 days in December 2005, so we'll just have to wait and see how this one plays out.
