Ice T and CoCo were at the Maxim Hot 100 party the other night and got bounced from their table to make room for Hilary and Hayley Duff, who came in on Maxim's list at 23 and 89. They say Coco was REALLY upset. I would be too, I mean damn, she got more boobs and butt than the two of them put together and she didn't even make the list.
