When the news of Brandy's fatal crash first leaked out, there was mention of a 50 million dollar wrongful death lawsuit filed by the victim's parents. The only problem was the parents were in another country, and hadn't seen their daughter in over ten years. Plus, only the spouse and children are entitled to wrongful death damages. Well scratch that first suit. The father of the children has filed a suit saying his two sons, Mrwan Mohamed, 14, and Kareem Mohamed, 10, will be forever harmed by the loss of their mother.
