Don't get confused.
This case has nothing to do with Snoop's most
recent arrest on gun and drug charges. Correct me if
I'm wrong, but Snoop already has a felony cocaine possession
conviction from 1990, so based on the outcome of these next
two cases, and the 3 Strikes law, it looks like ya boy could
be facing 25 years to life.
FYI
The judge could have charged Snoop with a misdmenor in this
baton case, but chose to charge him with a felony instead.
