Last month actor Jamie Foxx was accused of sexual assault by a woman who claims Jamie slapped her in the face with his genitals after she rejected him at a Las Vegas house party back in 2002 [click here if you missed that].
Jamie has been cleared in the case...
According to reports the Las Vegas PD closed the investigation because the 3-year statute of limitations ran out both criminally and civilly long ago.
Jamie has denied the accusations and threatened to sue the victim for slander.
