Last month The Los Angeles District Attorney rejected a felony battery case against R&B singer Trey Songz after he was accused of brutally attacking former stripper Andrea Buera at his Hollywood Hills house party [click here if you missed that].
Trey catches another break...
This week the DA also rejected misdemeanor charges against Trey and the case has been dropped.
Andrea claims Trey choked her and punched her in the face multiple times after she spoke to another man at his party.
Multiple witnesses contradict Andrea's version of events.
