Actress Naya Rivera arrested on domestic battery charges in West Virginia...
According to reports actress Naya Rivera was arrested on Sunday in Chesapeake, Va after attacking her husband, actor Ryan Dorsey, while out on walk with their 2 year-old son.
Naya, who was drunk during the altercation, was booked on domestic battery charges and released on $1000.
Naya and Ryan are visiting his family for the holidays.
