This week Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes were spotted holding hands on Malibu Beach and sitting together on the patio of a nearby beach house.
According to reports the formerly clandestine couple have now gone public because the clause in Katie's divorce from Tom Cruise banning public dating for five years has expired.
