According to reports Wiz Khalifa's mother Katie 'Peachie' Wimbush has filed a defamation of character lawsuit against her former daughter-in-law Amber Rose after Amber cussed out one of Peachie's former employees.
According to the lawsuit Amber called a phone number belonging to Peachie and went off on the first person who answered phone, who happened to be a five-year-old child.
The phone was given to an adult who explained to Amber that she no longer works for Peachie but that didn't stop Amber from launching into a profanity laced tirade against Peachie, labeling her a neglectful mother who was unfit to care for Amber and Wiz' son Sebastian.
The former employee also claims Amber blamed Peachie for the death of her transgender daughter who died earlier this year from complications of lymphoma.
Amber was upset because she suspected Peachie of calling Child Protective Services on her, which Peachie denies.
