Two years ago Janet Jackson postponed her Unbreakable Tour telling fans she decided to start a family with husband Wissam Al Mana [click here if you missed that].
Now one of her fed up fans wants their money back...
According to reports a fan has formally filed a lawsuit against Live Nation accusing them of refusing to cancel the tour to avoid giving refunds, while insisting the remaining dates will be rescheduled.
Janet Jackson is NOT named in the suit.
