Last year comedian Sherri Shepherd lost a nasty battle with ex-husband Lamar Sally after she tried to back out of their surrogate baby agreement just months before the child was born [click here if you missed that].
Now Lamar is seeking an increase in child support...
Last July the court ordered Sherri to pay Lamar $4k a month in child support but now Lamar says that's not enough.
According to reports Lamar claims back when the support order was made Sherri was only making $1 million a year, but now she's raking in closer to $3 million a year and Lamar says their son has a serious medical condition that requires extensive treatment.
Lamar also wants Sherri to pay $75k in legal fees for their divorce.
The case is pending.
