Last year rapper Kevin Gates was hit with battery charges after kicking a female fan in the chest after she grabbed his leg during a show in Florida [click here if you missed that].
Kevin has been found guilty and sentenced to jail time...
Yesterday Kevin Gates was convicted on battery charges and sentenced to 180 days in jail.
The rapper was remanded to custody immediately following the trial.
