Yesterday news leaked that a Fulton County judge dismissed rapper Future's counter lawsuit against Ciara after she filed a $15 million defamation of character lawsuit against him [click here if you missed that].
Apparently there's been a bit of confusion...
Initial reports implied Future's counter lawsuit was struck down, when in reality he withdrew it himself.
