Last year rapper Sean Kingston got caught up in a kidnapping after allegedly taking jewels without paying his jeweler [click here if you missed that].
Looks like Sean is up to his old tricks...
According to TMZ a jeweler in Miami is accusing Sean of skipping out on a promise to pay after walking out of his shop with a gold Rolex and a bracelet.
Apparently Sean traded in his old Rollie for a new $59k model and a bracelet with the promise to pay the $25k balance the following day. He didn't.
Now Haimov Jewelers are suing Sean for the money.
Haimov will have to get in line behind Avi Jewelers in New York who are currently suing Sean for $200k in lost jewels [click here if you missed that].
