Last week Bill Cosby's wife Camille Cosby was forced to sit for a deposition in the defamation of character lawsuit filed by several women claiming her husband defamed them by calling them liars after they came forward with rape allegations against him [click here if you missed that].
Following the deposition Mrs. Cosby files a motion to limit the sorts of questions she can be asked going forward, branding the first line of questioning embarrassing and oppressive...
According to reports in her filing Camille Cosby claims,
“The deposition ‘is being conducted in bad faith [and] in a manner that unreasonably annoys, embarrasses or oppresses the deponent.'”
“...[and] contains outrageous questions about Mrs. Cosby’s own sexual relations, her own political commentary, and the death of the Cosby’s [sic] son, among other improper questions, which are irrelevant to the issues in this case and plainly were designed to annoy, embarrass, and oppress the witness.”Day two of Camille Cosby's deposition has been postponed until next month.
