Back in December Roc Nation artist Rita Ora sued the label to get out of her contract [click here if you missed that].
Roc Nation just fired back...
According to multiple reports Roc Nation just filed a $2.3 million counter suit against Rita Ora claiming she owes them five albums but has only put out one.
Rita's lawyers claim Jay Z has already agreed to let Rita out of her contract but that Roc Nation's distributor, Sony Music, is forcing them to file a counter claim against her.
Both cases are pending.
