According to The AJC Sheree Whitfield is suing her insurance company claiming she was shorted out of the $275k she needs to fix flood damage.
Apparently, after a cold snap in Atlanta, pipes burst at Sheree's house and ran for days without detection flooding the lower level, eventually spilling out over the balconies.
Sheree claims a court appointed referee sided with the insurance adjuster in an assessment of the damages and she wants a judge to reverse the ruling.
