Earlier this week attorneys for Dr. Camille Cosby filed an emergency motion seeking to delay Dr. Cosby's deposition in the defamation of character lawsuit filed against her husband, Bill Cosby, by eight women who accused him of sexual assault [click here if you missed that].
The deposition has been delayed...
Yesterday a federal judge ruled it would be unfair to Dr. Cosby to deny her right to appeal.
If her appeal is denied Dr. Cosby's deposition will be rescheduled immediately.
An earlier ruling declared the deposition, if it happens, will be kept under seal.
