Back in August comedian Sherri Shepherd vowed to appeal the ruling after the court ordered her to sign the birth certificate and pay child support for a child born via surrogate after her husband Lamar Sally filed for divorce [click here if you missed that].
Sherri just lost her appeal…
According to TMZ Sherri lost her appeal after claiming her husband is using the baby to defraud her out of money.
The judge disagreed and Sherri must continue to pay her ex-husband $4,100 a month until the child turns 13 and then she must pay $4,600 a month.
