50 year-old songwriter Jesse Graham tells NY Daily News Taylor Swift stole the essence of his little known 2013 single 'Haters Gone Hate' for her smash hit 2014 single "Shake It Off."
Jesse admits the songs sound nothing alike but claims, 'There would be no 'Shake It Off' without 'Haters Gone Hate.'
Jesse tells NY Daily he contacted Taylor's camp asking for a writing credit on 'Shake It Off and a selfie with Taylor Swift and was ignored. Now Jesse is suing Taylor for $42 million.
