Rapper Kevin Gates charged with battery after kicking a female fan in the chest…
Over the weekend video circulated of rapper Kevin Gates kicking a female fan after she grabbed his pants leg during a show at a night club in Lakeland, Fl Saturday night.
According to the police report the victim, 18 year-old Miranda Dixon, first tried to touch Gates' leg and after failing to reach him tried a second time and managed to grab his shorts. That's when he "delivered a deliberate kick to the victim's stomach/chest area."
"The severity of the kick caused Dixon to lose her breath and fall backwards into he crowd. She was reported to be dazed and was helped by concerned audience members. Dixon reported the incident to authorities and sought medical treatment after leaving the concert."Kevin Gates has been charged with simple battery and Dixon intends to press charges.
