Ludacris broke the news on Instagram with a photo from the set showing him dressed as a police officier with Terrence Howard as the imprisoned Lucious Lyon.
Confirmed guest stars for season 2 of Empire include Kelly Rowland, Lenny Kravitz, Alicia Keys, Chris Rock and Tyrese.
Unconfirmed guest stars include Foxy Brown.
