Chris Brown detained in Manila after being accused of swindling concert promoters out of their money…
Back in January Chris Brown canceled a New Years Eve concert at a 55k seat arena in the Philippines, just hours before showtime, claiming he'd lost his passport [click here if you missed that].
Apparently Chris, or his people, never gave back the money.
Chris Brown performed in Manila Tuesday night and was informed after the show that there was an immigration hold on his passport because he was wanted for questioning in the criminal investigation regarding the canceled New Years Eve show.
Chris Brown was scheduled to perform in Hong Kong Wednesday night, that show has since been canceled and upcoming dates in Macau, Beirut, Cyprus, and the Netherlands are now in question.
