According to TMZ Tyga has reached an agreement with his former landlord to pay him $80k in back rent from a house he lived in six years ago.
During the hearing on Thursday Tyga was ordered to pay $80k by today [Monday] or he'll have to cough up the full amount owed totaling over $120k.
