From the looks of rapper Game's Instagram account he's down in Miami chilling on a yacht with a bevy of babes, but he's facing arrest as soon as he sets foot back in LA...
According to TMZ Game is facing one count of making criminal threats, a felony, after allegedly telling an off-duty cop, "I'm going to kill you," in a skirmish during a league basketball game back in March.
The rapper also sucker punched the cop but that is only a misdemeanor.
Game denies the allegations and claims the cop insinuated that he had a gun in his gym bag.
