Back in July Lamar accused Sherri of backing out of an agreement to have a baby with him via surrogate using his sperm and a donor egg [click here if you missed that].
Sherri claimed she was tricked into the agreement because Lamar knew he was about to file for divorce.
Welp, the judge sided with Lamar and Sherri has been ordered to sign the birth certificate.
Lamar tells TMZ
"I want her to go on television and apologize the same way that she went on there and accused me of being a gold digger and tricking her into having a baby."Next stop family court for the child support order.
