Back in 2010 NBA player Gilbert Arenas abandoned his live in baby mama Laura Govan and their kids during Christmas time [click here if you missed that], then in 2011 Laura served Gilbert with child support papers during halftime of a basketball game [click here if you missed that], and now Laura is suing Gilbert for kicking her and the kids out of his house and for taking back her engagement ring [pssst: they were never married]…
According to TMZ Laura is suing Gilbert claiming he threw her and their four kids out of his house at the end of 2014, despite his promises to "share equally" in all of his earnings from 2003 on.
Laura claims she and Gilbert have been together since 2002 and 'lived together as husband and wife' and she also accuses Gilbert of 'forcefully' taking back the $1 million engagement ring he gave her in 2008 and selling it without her permission.
Laura is seeking unnamed damages.
