Over the weekend it was revealed that Hank Baskett admitted 'hanging out' with transsexual Ava London after he contacted the FBI accusing Ava of extortion.
Hank's lawyers claim Ava illegally recorded their client and asked Hank for $5k to keep quiet.
Pals tell TMZ Hank met Ava and a friend at the grocery store and they invited him back to their apartment to smoke weed. The friend insists once Hank realized they were men, he left.
