According to TMZ Halle Berry filed court docs to slash her child support order from $16k a month down to $3k a month because her baby-daddy, Gabriel Aubry, is living entirely off of child support.
Halle accuses Gabriel of abusing the system and insists their 6-year-old daughter Nahla's quality of life is being effected.
