According to Radar Online Sherri Shepherd offered estranged husband Lamar Sally a one-time $100k cash settlement and $3k a-month in child support but Lamar has refused the settlement.
Under the terms of their prenuptial agreement Lamar is not entitled to spousal support and the child in question was born via surrogate and is not Sherri Shepherd's biological child.
Lamar is seeking $10k a month in child support and is contesting the terms of his prenup.
