According to TMZ Althea just filed a civil lawsuit against Joseline claiming eyewitnesses saw her backstage smoking a crack pipe before the reunion show.
Althea is seeking unspecified damages.
The Love and Hip Hop Atlanta reunion show part 2 airs next Monday on VH1.
