Kanye West doing the passive aggressive most to get back at Jay Z for bailing on his wedding…
After months of speculation about whether or not Jay Z and Beyonce would attend Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's wedding, it was finally reported that not only would they attend, but Jay Z would even serve as Kanye's best man [click here if you missed that].
Unfortunately Jay Z had to pull out at the last minute in the wake of his huge fight scandal with Solange Knowles.
Fast forward to Kanye West on the summer run of the Yeezus tour. The other night Kanye West omitted Jay Z's name from his lyrics twice during his set at the X Games.
First Kanye dropped Jay's name out of Cold, in the part where he says, "Might have Jay drop you from the team," in reference to his wife Kim Kardashian's second ex-husband Chris Humphries who plays for the Brooklyn Nets, once part-owned by Jay Z. Then he dropped Jay's name from Blood on the Leaves where he says "I don't give a damn if you talk to Jay."
