Ray J tells TMZ he's writing a check to Kim and Kanye for $46,840, the amount he earned in the last four months from the sex tape he made with Kim Kardashian back in 2007.
Ray J says if Kim and Kanye won't accept his wedding gift he'll donate the money to Kim's favorite charity instead.
