Not so fast says R&B Divas producer Nicci Gilbert…
Todd Tucker is either going to have to come up with a new name for his show or shut 'er down because Nicci Gilbert says the 'Divas' franchise belongs to her.
Nicci tells The Jasmine Brand exclusively that she is suing TVOne for breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraudulent inducement, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with business relations, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, recovery of unpaid wages, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, attorneys fees and punitive damages.
