According to TMZ under the terms of his plea agreement Apollo agreed to act in an undercover capacity for the Fed and to record conversations with other criminal suspects.
Apollo denies turning informant calling the agreement 'standard language' and reiterates that he never received any money from Bravo for appearing on Real Housewives.
