Sources tell TMZ that Debbie Rowe is preparing to start legal action to remove the children from their grandmother's care because she believes Mrs. Jackson is way to old and because Michael's brother's are a terrible influence.
The source claims Debbie has not asked the estate for any money, and that her only concern is for the children.
